This is beginning to make math class look like fun...

*Warning, this post contains personal details about me and my health, so if you don't want to know, don't read*

Monday afternoon after getting home from taking my senior pictures, I was getting out my homework so I could get started when I was suddenly in so much pain that I hit my kitchen floor and curled up. I was in pretty bad pain for about the next hour. I couldn't sit up or move or do a whole lot of anything but moan. After about an hour the pain wasn't quite as bad so I started to work on homework but eventually gave up and went to bed. The next morning I woke up about 4:30 in pain so I didn't go to seminary. I got up around 6:45 and got ready for school. I went to my first hour but was in so much pain that it was basically worthless. After 1st hour I went home and figured if I just rested for a while I'd be fine. When 4:00 rolled around and I still wasn't feeling better my mom called the doctor. I went into the doctor and they sent me over to the hospital to have bloodwork done and a CT scan. They let me leave there around 7:30 and called a half hour later. They told me it looked like I had a cyst on my left overy and to call the Doctor in the morning.

We called the doctor as soon as they opened on Wednesday morning but the earliest they could get me in was 11:15, so I went to a little bit of school and then my mom picked me up and took me to the doctor. They sent me BACK over to the hospital for more blood work and gave me a perscription for some pain pills. I got my bloodwork done and rested for a while and then had to go BACK to the hospital for an ultrasound. They finally found out last night (wednesday night) that I had a hemorrhiegic cyst on my left over that had ruptured. There is usually a small amount of blood in your abdomin when this happens, but I had a little more than usual. The good news is that this is supposed to mean I'm over the worst of it and should only get better from here. The bad news is that I'm still in SO much pain and can hardly move without getting nauseous. Hopefully I'll be feeling better in a few days...

That sucks! I've heard about that happening to a lot of people and how painful it is. I've been lucky enough (knock on wood) not to have one myself. I hope you get feeling better soon!
